A patient being welcomed at We Care Dental in Dublin, California

Your first visit, made simple.

01

Tell us about yourself.

Complete your patient forms and share relevant medical, dental and insurance information. Doing it before you arrive means more of your appointment is spent talking, not writing.

02

Let's take a closer look.

Your visit may include appropriate digital imaging, an examination, and a conversation about your dental history and concerns.

03

Leave knowing what's next.

Dr. Chona will discuss what she found and explain recommended next steps, so you understand your options before deciding anything.

What to bring

  • A photo ID and your dental insurance card, if you have one.
  • A list of any medications you take, including supplements.
  • Names and dates of recent dental work, if you remember them.
  • Your questions — anything you've been wondering or worrying about.

Your conversation with Dr. Chona

A first appointment is as much a conversation as an examination. Dr. Chona will ask what brought you in, what you've noticed, what you'd like to change, and how you feel about dental treatment generally.

If it has been years since your last visit, say so — it changes nothing except how the appointment is paced. Nobody here will lecture you.

Forms, insurance questions and payment options can all be handled by the team before you arrive. Call or text (925) 300-9559 and they'll send whatever you need.

Before you come in

Most people should visit the dentist every six months for cleanings and check-ups. Regular visits help catch issues early and maintain a healthy smile.
